At Gyst Technologies, we believe it all begins with Integrity. That plus decades of experience and a lot of hard work is what drives us to innovate and deliver for our clients.

The Gyst Team has created a new technology that delivers advanced improvements in Customer Experience (CX) for voice applications. We realized several years ago that measuring caller skills and performance at navigating through a given voice application could be used to enhance and personalize the experience in real time.

As a result of this early work, we built and tested several software models that proved this theory in production. We also received a patent on the process and have since filed several additional patents covering improvements to date. With Gyst, we have taken the lessons learned from the original technology we developed, and created a new cloud-based version of the service that will deliver the best CX in the industry.

Daniel O'Sullivan

Founder and CEO
Dan has been an entrepreneur for over 20 years. After successful exits at his two earlier startups, he founded Gyst Technologies. Prior to that, Dan developed software for digital networks at Bell Labs in New Jersey.

Rory Larkin

Chief Commercial Officer
Rory is an expert in marketing, business development,  operations management, and partner strategy. He is passionate about international growth and product development.

Brian Durran

Chief Financial Officer
Brian has over 30 years of experience at handling the financial affairs of both large and small business concerns. He is a dedicated expert in regulatory compliance, accounting, and fiscal responsibility.

Shay Nash

Senior Project Manager
Shay has been a network and software development manager for over 25 years. He brings a wealth of experience in delivering mission critical and complex projects to completion.

James O'Sullivan

Senior Software Architect
James is a full-stack software developer and systems architect. He is passionate about building a strong development team and growing technology startups.
